ADVANCED MANUFACTURING
PREPARE FOR A CAREER IN HIGH TECH MANUFACTURING!
Unlock your future in high tech industries like aerospace, avionics, defense manufacturing, medical devices, robotics, and automation.
Are you someone who loves working with your hands, solving complex problems, and being at the forefront of technology? Do you want a career that offers stability, high wages, and endless opportunities for growth? If so, then our High-Tech Manufacturing, Industrial Design and Fabrication program is the perfect fit for you!
In this cutting-edge lab, you'll design and innovate with state-of-the-art machinery, including Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines, 3D printers, laser, water-jet and plasma cutter, and advanced robotics. This program emphasizes hands-on training from day one. You'll work in a real-world, advanced manufacturing environment, gaining practical experience that will set you apart in the job market.
This is a two year program focusing on precision metrology, Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing techniques, CNC machining, and automation. Students will earn college credit and sought-after industry credentials while designing and building a variety of projects diving deep into each aspect of fabrication, purchasing, machining, construction, testing, and project management. Year two students complete complex independent projects honing advanced skills in coding, programming, machining, and fabrication. Students may also choose to showcase their skills by competing in a variety of competitions at SkillsUSA.
